Job summary

Lynco Products is seeking several full-time associates for its Milan, Illinois location. The team-focused role emphasizes accuracy, pace, and organization in a fast-moving environment.

Base Pay: $19/hour ($17.50/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential) with 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm and overtime as needed. Competitive benefits included.

Lynco Products is located in Milan, Illinois. We are a full service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive and consumer goods products and we are adding to our team as we continue to grow! We are looking for several full-time associates to joint our growing team! Our ideal candidates are detail oriented, fast paced, and organized.

• Process and audit orders.
• Process and audit company returns.
• Label product to fit customer needs.
• Pack products to be shipped.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations.
• Inspect product to ensure adherence to customer specifications.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, product labels, order information, and safety materials; complete basic written documentation; and communicate effectively in English regarding work and safety-related matters.
