Job summary

Belle Aire Creations is hiring a 2nd Shift Sample Lab Compounder in Round Lake Park, IL. You will study bills of materials, accurately mix ingredients, and guide batches from materials to work in process, while following GMPs and reporting to the Sample Lab manager.

The role collaborates with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and QC to ensure timely production and quality. A high school diploma is required with 1–2 years of related experience; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in production control and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Proficiency with common PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with sample team to make briefs for Shipment.
• Work to maximize individual workspace efficiencies.
• Complete daily assigned workload.
• Submit finished retains for completed batches to QC.
• Conduct applicable duties for department co-workers in their absence.
• Comply with all safety and SOP procedures including forklift safety & PPE.
• Comply with all safety and SOP procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
