Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Windsor, CT is seeking a 2nd Shift warehouse associate to operate forklift and pallet jack, read orders, and move products safely. The shift runs Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12am with a pay range of $16.97–$28.65 per hour.

Candidates must have forklift experience, be able to lift 40 lbs, work in cold and dry storage, and follow all safety standards. RF scanning and pallet labeling are routine; attention to detail is essential to verify counts and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience and be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Able to read and interpret work orders and pallet IDs.
• Able to operate RF scanning equipment and pallet jack.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20F/-25C) or dry storage up to 100F/37C.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking and visually inspect items for damages.
• Document and report damages to supervisors or leads.
• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using RF scanning equipment to document and verify counts.
• Alert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problem.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
