Job summary

Ubique Group in Olive Branch, Mississippi is seeking a Full-time LTL Picker for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 6pm–2:30am). You will pick items from rack bins for customer orders using sit-down/stand-up forklifts, and may palletize and stage orders. Cross-training in additional warehouse roles is included.

The position requires forklift experience, reach truck operation, and reading pick tickets with high accuracy. RF handheld devices are used to process orders and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick tickets.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick items to match customer orders.
• Use of electric sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and reach truck.
• May require use of electric or manual pallet jack.
• Able to read and interpret a pick ticket.
• Must have a high level of accuracy.
