R.M. Palmer Company is hiring a Forklift Operator at our Exeter Distribution Center. You’ll handle inbound and outbound materials safely, label and store items, and prepare orders per schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience.
• Basic computer or scanner skills (ERP/WMS experience a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and documentation.
• Accurately label, tag, and store products in designated warehouse locations according to established procedures.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship products in alignment with work orders, customer orders, and distribution schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to leadership.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventories.
