Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Franklin, IN is seeking a Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 5:45pm-4:15am) with pay of $20.50/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential. The role combines equipment operation (stand-up, reach truck, and other material handling equipment) with loading/unloading duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, a certificate or training within 30 days, a high school diploma, and six months of warehouse and forklift

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training within the first 30 days.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other power equipment during 80% of shift.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring exact quantity and type.
• Keep records for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
