Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Fork Truck Driver for our Lakewood, NY plant, on the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). You will load, unload and move materials using handwork or basic material handling equipment, and operate a range of forklift models safely in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Candidates with 1+ years of material handling experience, a valid forklift certification, and the ability to read instructions and perform basic math will thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified to operate forklift before start (CW Services).
• 1+ years of industrial material handling experience preferred.
• Stand Up Fork Truck experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials by hand or with equipment.
• Operate forklift equipment safely to move materials around plant.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas; follow safety policies.
• Overtime is required based on production needs.
