Custom Staffing is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift at the Established Recycling Company facility in Anna, Ohio. This full-time role starts at $22 per hour and offers stable hours with a local employer.

You will operate forklifts to load, unload, move and stack recycling materials, supply production lines, and perform daily safety inspections while maintaining an organized warehouse and adhering to OSHA protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Reliability with the ability to work the full duration of the 2nd shift.
• Physical ability to sit, stand and lift as required.
• Safety minded and able to navigate a busy facility around pedestrians and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to load, unload, move, and stack recycling materials.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials to maintain workflow.
• Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain an organized warehouse floor and ensure materials are labeled correctly.
• Adhere to all facility safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
