Job summary

TRG Cincinnati is seeking 2nd shift Forklift Operators to support our Milford, OH facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will drive a forklift, unload inbound shipments, and stage skids for outbound shipments.

You’ll maintain daily records of forklift maintenance, follow safety guidelines, and coordinate loading/unloading operations to meet tight deadlines. This role offers year-round employment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift for the entire shift.
• Willingness to be cross trained in warehouse functions.
• Must work well in a team and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments.
• Prepare and stage skids for outbound shipments.
• Maintain stock records and schedules.
• Stack and store merchandise properly.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate loading and unloading operations.
• Maintain equipment condition and update maintenance logs.
• Review purchase orders against received goods.
