Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Coxsackie, NY is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift to move materials and products safely and efficiently.

The role requires operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety policies. Overtime is available, with opportunities for advancement through training and development programs. You will support shipping/receiving activities and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Load, unload, transport, stack, and stage materials and products.
• Supply production lines with materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Move finished goods to designated warehouse or shipping locations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
