Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Warehouse Operator II in the Town of Islip, NY area. You will move, organize, and track materials, operate forklifts, support shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory with attention to detail.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in warehouse operations, with forklift certification ability. You’ll work 2nd shift and may require overtime as needed. English proficiency is essential to follow directions and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (stand up hi-lo and pallet jack).
• Utilize handheld scanner to track inventory.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs and company policies.
