Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift in Aurora, CO, to support production of conveyor systems. The role requires forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will safely operate forklifts, prepare materials for production, read work orders and blueprints, and work in a fast-paced, temp-to-hire environment. Training is 2–4 weeks on day shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and components throughout the facility.
• Transport products with pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Organize, stage, and supply materials to production and assembly teams.
• Read work orders and blueprints to identify required materials.
• Measure material dimensions using a tape measure.
• Load, unload, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Support fabrication and production activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
