Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Carrollton, TX seeks a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays. You will handle inbound materials, stock in storage, rotate materials (FIFO), and pick/ship finished goods accurately.

You must read production schedules, perform basic math, operate a stand-up reach forklift, and help control inventory. The role is full-time with shift differential; safety and compliance with FDA/OSHA/EPA regulations are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate a stand-up reach forklift.
• Able to read and understand production schedules and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, date, record, and mark all inbound receipts.
• Stock inbound receipts in designated storage areas.
• Rotate raw materials and packaging supplies (FIFO).
• Conduct inventory counts on packaging and raw materials.
• Pick, count and ship finished goods accurately on assigned shifts.
• Accurately unload, separate, count and stock incoming finished goods.
• Assist with inventory control of finished products.
• Monitor quality control of products and do not ship damaged goods.
• Change forklift batteries to ensure proper charging.
