The position demands forklift experience (sit-down/stand-up, cherry picker, or reach truck), composite shoes, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and schedule flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have sit-down & stand-up forklift, cherry picker, or reach truck experience.
• Composite shoes required.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for entire shift.
• Team-oriented with overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Use pick lists or handheld devices to pull and move materials.
• Load products onto pallets or into packaging and verify counts.
• Scan materials and enter data using barcode scanners.
• Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Complete shipment transactions and assist with carrier loading.
• Support large bulk packing operations.
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lenovo/USFC management.
