Job summary

Pac Worldwide Corporation in Middletown, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for 2nd shift to operate a forklift, move, put-away, relocate and stack items safely and efficiently. Applicants should have strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; forklift experience required and overtime may be needed.

Familiarity with ERP systems and FIFO processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience (1 year preferred).
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills.
• Available to work overtime on short notice, including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently to move, pick, and place goods.
• Read orders and pack slips to identify items to be moved or stocked.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through put-away and FIFO procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling, shelf organization and safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively with team and supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE as required.
