Job summary

Nature's Bakery is seeking a forklift operator to move, locate, stack, and load merchandise on a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30pm-10pm) with occasional OT. Responsibilities include receiving raw materials, pulling orders, staging ingredients, and delivering packaging on production lines, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficient warehouse operation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehouse roles, forklift experience, and familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and seek solutions.
• Complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Builds, adjusts and secures pallets for safe transport.
• Reads orders and picks products from warehouse racks.
• Uses handheld scanner to locate products for customer orders.
• Verifies inventory and communicates complete orders.
• Transports palletized merchandise to loading docks.
• Performs daily forklift inspections.
• Mentors new warehouse personnel in forklift operation.
