Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is assisting Beloit, WI-based forklift operator openings on 2nd shift for a refrigerated logistics client. This evaluation-to-hire role offers a friendly culture and strong benefits once hired.

You will move products through the warehouse, stage orders, load/unload trucks, and manage shipping/receiving with a focus on safety and cleanliness. Weekend/overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift or powered pallet jacks.

• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
• RF inventory systems experience or food products a plus.
• Able to work weekends and overtime.

Job description

We currently have 2nd shift Forklift Operator openings with our client, a refrigerated logistics services company.

This position is primarily responsible for the daily movement of product throughout the warehouse and maintaining accurate reconciliation of product.

General Accountabilities include

• Picking and staging of orders
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• General shipping and receiving duties
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a cooler (34-38F)
• Ability to read/write/speak in English
• Good computer aptitude and math skills
• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
• Experience working within RF controlled inventory systems or with food products is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Exceptional attendance record

Prerequisites

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience operating a forklift or powered pallet jacks
• Previous experience with RF controlled inventory systems (a plus)
• Previous experience handling food products (a plus)
