Job summary

CJ Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate stand‑up forklifts, load and unload goods, and keep pallets moving through the warehouse. You will pick, consolidate, and prepare shipments with precision, while counting discrepancies and auditing outbound loads.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Range: $18.44 per hour with a shift differential ($0.50 per hour)
• A bi‑weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A true team player who works toward common goals.
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
