Qualifications

• Must operate forklift safely according to procedures.
• Ability to follow verbal directions from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive verbal directions from leadership and inventory regarding material needs for various departments.
• Perform related material-handling functions in the assigned work area and assist others as required.
• Fill in on other jobs with equal or fewer difficulties when needed, when not running the forklift.
• Maintain the forklift, keeping it clean and serviced to ensure continued operation.
• Notify others of defective operating conditions and make them available for repairs.
• Interact professionally with employees on a continual basis.
