Job summary

Tyson Foods in Enid, Oklahoma is hiring a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will inspect products and plant systems, document results, and take corrective actions as needed.

This 2nd shift position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in food manufacturing or QA. Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in cold/hot conditions, and lifting up to 75 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the food manufacturing industry or related QA experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems.
• Document and calculate results accurately.
• Take corrective action: alert appropriate personnel to adjust processes, identify, segregate, and isolate non-conforming products, and report results to management.
