Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a machine operator to manage daily operation of the assigned machine on the production line. Responsibilities include running the machine, performing checks, and entering data on tablets.

Candidate should ensure quality specifications are met, start lines on time, maintain yields and efficiency, and uphold sanitation and GMP standards. This role involves standing in a cold production environment and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a food production environment required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure machine is running properly for production and complete all checks; enter information requested in tablets.
• Ensure products meet all quality specifications before reaching the consumer.
• Meet setup expectations by starting lines on time.
• Maintain or exceed yields and efficiencies by meeting efficiency standards during shift.
• Meet standards of scheduled run times for the lines.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards; keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
