Job summary

Lanco is seeking an experienced Welder for the 2nd Shift to perform welding and related shop work while focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate has all-position flux core welding experience and fitting skills, with comfort handling heavy equipment.

Hours: 4:30PM to 5:00AM / 12 hours – Monday through Friday. The role requires adherence to safety policies and regulatory guidelines, with opportunities for training and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with all-position flux core wire welding.
• Fitting experience.
• Welds subject to UT weld testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of welding work.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and follow safety policies.
• Perform shop tasks such as air arcing, drilling holes, torching, grinding as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations; participate in training.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders about activities.
• Adhere to company policies to minimize liability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
