Job summary

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. seeks a skilled welder experienced in Flux Core with GTAW and GMAW exposure. Candidates should qualify in Flux Core 2/3/4G and 5F at minimum; 2/3G GTAW and GMAW positions preferred with experience.

Reading tape measures and welding blueprints is essential. Base pay is posted hourly with a $2 shift differential for 2nd Shift. Candidates should be able to read weld symbols, gauge joints, and adhere to Weld Procedures (EMITP).

Qualifications

• Experience with Flux Core welding is required.
• GTAW and GMAW experience highly desired.
• Proficiency in reading tape measures and blueprints for welding joints & symbols.
• Ability to use a fillet gauge and understand material grades (pipe, plate, bar, fittings).
• Knowledge of interpass temperature and heat input; adherence to Weld Procedures (EMITP).
• 2/3/4G Flux Core qualification and 5F positions at minimum, 2/3G GTAW and GMAW positions if experienced.

Responsibilities

• Weld according to approved procedures and job specifications.
• Possess ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and symbols.
• Inspect and measure welds, using gauges as required.
