Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an hourly Floor Janitor for the 2nd shift. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing machinery and floors in a production line setting, maintaining cleanliness, stocking equipment, and ensuring sanitation and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, English literacy, good communication, and reliability; bilingual Spanish preferred. The position offers a starting pay of $18 per hour with a $1 shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize machinery and floors in a production line setting.
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around assigned area.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Notify supervisor of hazards.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
