Job summary

United Commercial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable floor-care technician for a Monday–Friday, 2nd shift position. Typical hours are 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM with occasional Saturday projects as needed. Some scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate customer facilities and spaces available.

We value attention to detail, willingness to learn new techniques, and the ability to work safely and independently while meeting background screening and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial floor-care work according to client specifications
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards during all tasks
• Complete required background screening and provide valid driver's credentials as needed
• Adhere to the Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday projects as required

Schedule

This is primarily a Monday-Friday, 2nd shift position, with typical hours of:

5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Our goal is to keep this position on a Monday-Friday schedule. An occasional Saturday project may be necessary, but Saturday work is not expected to be a regular part of the schedule.

Because floor projects are performed at customer facilities when spaces are available, some flexibility in scheduling may occasionally be needed.
