Job summary

United Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Cleaning Float to join our West Michigan team. This role supports our floor-care services and requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently.

The position runs Monday–Friday on the 2nd shift, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with occasional Saturday projects as needed. Flexibility to accommodate floor-care projects at client facilities is valued.

• Perform commercial floor-care tasks as assigned at customer facilities.
• Work on 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday projects as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while using floor-care equipment.

United Commercial Services (UCS) is looking for an experienced Cleaning Float to join our team.

Schedule

This is primarily a Monday–Friday, 2nd shift position, with typical hours of:

5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Our goal is to keep this position on a Monday–Friday schedule. An occasional Saturday project may be necessary, but Saturday work is not expected to be a regular part of the schedule.

Because floor projects are performed at customer facilities when spaces are available, some flexibility in scheduling may occasionally be needed.
