Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of printing experience, preferably in Flexographic printing.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and adjust machinery.
• Accountability and curiosity about how things work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install printing plates while adjusting cylinders according to specifications.
• Monitor ink viscosity and color sequences for quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Skills

Strong basic math

Ability to read measurements down to 1/8"

Education

High School Diploma or GED
