Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics – East Windsor, CT is seeking a Flattener Operator on the 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am) with overtime as needed. Responsible for daily operation of Flattener/Straightener equipment and ensuring efficient production flow in a leading resistor and e-beam technology manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-year prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates Flattener/Straightener equipment on a daily basis.
• Loads/unloads welded coils onto the machine using a jib crane and sling.
• Fills out production paperwork as required.
• Submits final inspection samples to the QC Department.
• Collaborates with Production Supervisor and QC staff for troubleshooting.
