Qualifications

• 3+ years of fitter/welder experience preferred.
• Strong MIG and Flux Core skills.
• Blueprint reading and measuring ability.
• Ability to pass an on-site weld test.

Responsibilities

• Fit and weld carbon steel components using MIG and Flux Core processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
• Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing
• Inspect work to meet specs and quality standards
• Follow all safety standards and production schedules
