Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle is seeking a Finishing Operator for the 2nd shift in Denver, CO. You will operate finishing and cleaning processes, maintain solutions, and ensure safety and compliance while recording production data.

Responsibilities include daily processing, assisting teammates, and following all regulations. This full-time role offers benefits and aligns with a long-standing, American-made manufacturing tradition.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school degree or GED.
• Must be able to read, write and be proficient in basic arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing and cleaning processes in the department daily.
• Maintain finishing solutions per procedures and handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA/EPA standards.
• Record daily production and quality control paperwork.
• Assist other operators and perform related or less skilled work as needed.
