Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, MS is seeking a hands-on assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble coils per drawings, follow safety and quality procedures, and support multi-tasking on the line.

You will read blueprints, perform basic arithmetic, set up equipment, and assist in training teammates as required. The role offers competitive benefits and long-term growth opportunities within a global engineering company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blue prints.
• Must be able to make mathematic calculations, comprehend decimals and read blue prints.
• Must be able to make basic adjustments to equipment required to keep process in control.
• Requires lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs. Majority of position requires standing and walking, but bending and stooping are required.
• This job requires multi-tasking to keep things progressing.
• This position requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.
• Must be able to work any hours required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, set up equipment, identify and locate required tooling and ensure that all work is correct.
• Make arithmetic calculations, read blue prints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices.
• Use equipment including impact guns and pop-rivet guns; pull parts for next order; set up sheet metal; install fins and lace tubes per the drawing.
• Assist in training personnel when required.
