Job summary

Garelick Farms in Franklin, MA is seeking a Corrugated Machine Filler Operator for 2nd shift to operate and monitor filler equipment, ensuring product quality and GMP compliance. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

The role offers $21.00/hr with a $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to work in a team, handle documentation, and follow SOPs to maintain safe, efficient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filler equipment on the production line.
• Complete required quality checks and documentation.
• Adjust filling timing and perform line changeovers safely.
• Troubleshoot basic operating issues and prepare for next run.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per GMP and SOPs.
