Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a Filler Operator for our Nashville facility to run filling machines, adjust settings, and ensure safe, efficient production. You will monitor lines, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain GMP-compliant records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6 months related experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime and weekends. Competitive pay, 401(k), vacation/holidays, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months related experience required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, push or pull most of the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in a wet environment with dust, gas or fumes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Filling machines and make adjustments to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality production.
• Monitor conveyor lines and detect damaged bottles; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on filler equipment.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation in accordance with SOPs; ensure GMP compliance and effective cross‑department communication.
• Work as part of a team and adhere to safety, quality and productivity standards.
