Leer East in Milton, PA is seeking experienced, highly motivated, dependable employees to join our production team.

Position Details

• 2nd Shift starts at 4PM
• Roles include Fiberglass Rollers, Gel Prep, Headliner Installer, Paint Prep & Assembly
• $750 Sign-on Bonus after 90 days of successful employment
• Overtime and some Saturday work may be required

Qualifications & Benefits

• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Full-time hours, overtime, 10 paid holidays from hire date
• Benefits after 30 days: health insurance, dental, vision, short-term disability, 401(k), paid vacation after 1 year

Requirements

Physical & Work Environment

• Operate forklifts and hand tools, inspect products visually
• Wear PPE: respirators, safety glasses, boots, earplugs, gloves
• Work environment includes dust, water, extreme temperatures, vibrations, noise
