Job summary

UG2 LLC is seeking a Facility Technician in West Hollywood, CA to maintain and repair boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related facility systems. The role includes water treatment, fixture maintenance, and general building upkeep during the 2nd shift.

The candidate should hold EPA 608 Universal Certification and be prepared to operate and service a wide range of facility equipment. This is a full-time position with a $28.00 per hour compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and mechanical systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Willingness to work second shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, and related systems.
• Perform facility rounds on HVAC, electrical, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets, dispensers).
• Maintain lighting fixtures and carpet as needed.
• Perform water treatment on cooling towers and boiler water.
• Troubleshoot and repair motor controls and drives.
