Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in facilities maintenance, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and knowledge of safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience operating HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of boilers, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve facility system issues.
• Good verbal and written communication; capable of coordinating with vendors.
• Familiarity with facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Maintain boilers, compressors, and generators; follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct safety checks on fire systems, alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks.
• Support facility upgrades and renovations; manage inventory.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Adapt to location-specific duties as needed.
