Job summary

Kelly is seeking a 2nd Shift Facilities Technician in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas. This onsite role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 12:00am, focusing on maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance across facilities and equipment.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in facilities, with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience preferred. Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and ensure quality work.

Qualifications

Job description

Kelly has an exciting opportunity available for a 2nd Shift Facilities Technician in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas! This role will be onsite Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 12:00am.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, and safely.
• Maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
• Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs.
• Communication with management
• Oversight & install/repair: HVAC systems, cabinets, partitions, shelves, drop ceilings, floors, doors, locks, faucets, water heaters, lighting, and related items.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Operating and Maintaining Shop Equipment
• Operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and manlifts is a plus.
• Visit job sites daily to document and ensure the quality, safety, and progress of the work.
• Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform additional job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
