Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Confidential security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, dry and wet mopping of floors.
• Strip floors to remove dirt, old wax, grease, and oil.
• Utilize cleaning solutions and solvents when necessary.
• Wax, treat, buff and polish floors.
• Clean and polish desks and other office furniture.
• Wash walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, lights and light reflectors.
• Maintain sanitary condition of washrooms and restrooms.
• Dispose of waste and recycle appropriately.
• Sweep and clean outside areas adjacent to doors.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform general maintenance and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain records and follow safety rules.
