Job summary

Royal Engineered Composites is seeking a 2nd shift Fabric Technician in Nebraska to lay up materials and form parts per customer specifications. The role requires attention to correct materials, proper mold prep, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:30pm–1:00am with a full-time schedule and standard attendance expectations. Competitive hourly rate offered with benefits as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Layup various materials to form parts based on customer specifications within labor targets.
• Ensure that molds are properly cleaned prior to layup.
• Verify material kits and backing.
• Monitor and record material out times.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Abide by all safety, quality, personnel, and other policies as applicable.
