Job Summary

The Fab Team Lead will lead and coordinate activities of department workers, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Essential Functions

• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including PPE usage
• Maintain production schedules and assist with machine setup
• Verify work completion and sign off on jobs
• Monitor quality and scrap rates
• Coach and train employees on techniques and machine operation
• Mentor new employees for safe and proper equipment use
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions
• Maintain tooling and equipment
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Run production as needed to meet schedules
