Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals, a premier CDMO, seeks an Equipment Specialist for the Baltimore parenteral manufacturing site. The role focuses on maintenance, equipment qualification, and project support to ensure compliant manufacturing operations.

The position runs 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday on-site, with a broad role in maintenance and continuous improvement across packaging and production areas.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in industrial/pharmaceutical engineering/maintenance.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems using data and analysis.
• Familiarity with cGMP and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and provide technical support for manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with vendors.
• Assist in qualification of equipment and facilities.
• Manage small capital projects and document lifecycle of production systems.
• Support engineering projects and process improvements across manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot control systems and process monitoring equipment.
