Job summary

The DAVIS Companies is seeking an entry level Assembler for the 2nd shift in Andover, MA. You will assemble and test units in a cleanroom environment and contribute to sensor technology quality. We require 0-1 year of related experience, ability to read, speak and write in English, and must pass a background check.

Overtime is available, with a $600 retention bonus after 1040 hours. Shift is Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–midnight. Pay rate is $19.80 per hour with a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of job-related work experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Experience with Windows-based computers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing procedures.
• Make set-ups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Work in a cleanroom environment to maintain quality standards.
