Job summary

BRAVA ROOF & TILE is seeking a 2nd shift Entek Operator to run Entek machinery, monitor the line for quality, and perform routine maintenance. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot, with emphasis on safety and adherence to procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in manufacturing, experience with Entek equipment preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

Job Purpose:- The 2nd Shift Entek Operator at BRAVA ROOF & TILE is responsible for operating and maintaining the Entek machinery during the second shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality roofing tiles, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production targets.Key Responsibilities:- Operate Entek machinery efficiently and safely during the second shift.- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow.- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.- Assist in training new operators on Entek machinery operations.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.- Previous experience operating Entek equipment or similar machinery is highly preferred.- Experience working in a fast-paced, shift-based role.Required Skills and Abilities:- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.- 6:00p - 6:00a (2-2-3) schedule.
