Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous embroidery/garment decoration experience preferred but training available.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot embroidery equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, job sheets, and design files to determine embroidery requirements.
• Select hoop size, stabilizer, and hoop garments with proper tension.
• Load and thread embroidery machines with designated colors.
• Load digitized designs, assign thread colors, and verify accuracy.
• Operate machines to produce quality sew-outs and monitor for issues.
• Perform machine adjustments including thread tension and hoop alignment.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as needle changes, cleaning, and oiling.
• Inspect finished items for accuracy and quality; make corrections as needed.
• Maintain organized garments, orders, and workstations for efficient flow.
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• Assist with other decoration processes (heat press, DTF, DTG) as needed.
