Job summary

ADTRAN, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. You will supervise personnel, coordinate activities, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to support production goals in a high-mix electronics environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• Experience leading production teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet schedules.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, throughput, labor efficiency, scrap, yield, downtime.
