Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Assembler in Andover, MA, on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM – midnight). You will assemble and test units in a cleanroom environment, contributing to the sensor technology field with a focus on quality and precision.

This role requires 0–1 years of experience, English fluency, and the ability to pass a background check. Overtime is available, with a $600 retention bonus after 1040 hours and a starting wage of $19.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• 0-1 years of job-related work experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Experience with Windows-based computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Work in a cleanroom environment to maintain quality standards.
