Job summary

Imperial Headwear in Bourbon, MO is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift. You will inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment to keep output on schedule, reading schematics and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with teams. On-site position with opportunities for growth and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years hands-on maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electronic issues.
• Repair or replace worn parts including motors, belts, bearings, relays, wiring, and sensors.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and protect output schedules.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts usage; assist with setup and commissioning of new equipment.
