Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking an Electro-Separations Machine Operator to join our membrane production team. You will set up, operate, and clean membrane production equipment, handling chemicals with extensive PPE, while ensuring strict EHS compliance and accurate data entry in SAP.

Key duties include maintenance, data logging, material handling, and process adjustments to meet specifications. Strong attention to safety and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Observe EHS rules and participate in safety activities
• Proactively communicate and address safety concerns
• Set-up, operate, and clean membrane production equipment
• Handle and mix chemicals with PPE as required
• Enter production data into databases, logs, and SAP accurately
• Move raw materials and finished products as needed
• Monitor raw material and product quality and adjust coating processes
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and minimize scrap
• Follow Lock-out/Tag-Out, Confined Space, and Line-Break policies
• Contain, label, store, and transfer hazardous waste
• Support area cycle counts and maintenance/calibration procedures
• Prepare and package membrane and assist in process changes
• Duties as assigned by supervisor/lead with market-driven pay guidance

Responsibilities

• Operate membrane production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate production data in SAP and logs
• Inspect and adjust coatings to meet specifications
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine calibration
• Assist in process changes and new product development
• Practice proper hazardous material handling and waste control
