Job summary

Nature’s Way is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm) in Green Bay, WI. You will assist with facility upkeep, repair manufacturing/distribution equipment, and support the Preventive Maintenance program to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have an industrial mechanics background with 5–8 years of related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics. Day‑one benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic's degree or certification required.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMP guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facility upkeep and equipment repair.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Suggest upgrades to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures.
