Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance routines on all plant machinery and equipment, such as motors, gearbox, pumps, etc.
• Able to perform hands‑on repairs and installation of machinery parts, such as bearings, pulleys, and mechanisms.
• Knowledge of plumbing installations (CPVC and Threaded).
• Electrical troubleshooting, AC 480/240 3PH
• Installation and repairs of 3PH motors.
• Installation and repairs of electrical panels, breakers, fuses, wires, etc.
• Installation of sensors, switches, safety interlocks.
• Repairs and installation of plugs, light fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of LOTO will be needed.
• Use of forklift, man‑lift, power tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
• Good understanding of electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of control systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired

• Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Must be able to work in a team‑based, upbeat, fast‑paced environment.
